Abstract

本文介绍了以TI公司的DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A为核心控制元件,Altera公司的MAXII系列CPLD芯片EPM1270作为外围逻辑电路扩展,以晶闸管改变导通角调压的控制方式,利用PI控制算法实现的全数字高性能软起动系统。作者在深入分析软起动器控制方法和启动模式的基础上,介绍了该软启动器的设计和调试工作,具体为: 1.控制部分电路硬件设计; 2.DSP控制器的程序设计; 3.实现了以启动电流和电压为主要控制指标的四种软起动模式和两种软停机模式。

The paper introduces a digital soft starter of high performance, with the DSP chip of TMS320LF2407A produced by TI as the core of controller, Ahera-made MAX 11 series CPLD chip EPM1270 as the extension of peripheral logic circuits, it adopts the method on PI control algorithm that changes the output voltage by setting the triggering angle of thyristors. The author describes in detail the design and debugging of the soft starter based on a deep analysis of the controlling scheme and starting modes, as follows:

  1. Design of the circuit of controller;
  2. Design of the program on DSP;
  3. Implementing four modes of soft starting and two modes of soft stopping, the starting current and voltage as the main control target of the above modes.
